Dr. Cooper’s trusted partner and “left” hand woman in the operating room, Kylee plays a vital role in every stage of the surgical process. From pre-operative to post-operative care, she’s there to ensure our patients receive the best support and guidance throughout their surgical journey!
With seven years in the OR with Dr. Cooper, Kylee’s attention to detail is unmatched. The operating room is where she truly feels at home, and she’s passionate about being part of life-changing procedures.
When she’s not excelling in the surgical realm, she’s a devoted mom to her two little boys.

Born and raised in Tennessee, my passion for plastic surgery took root in 2000 at one of Memphis’s most well-known practices, The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis. (Fun Fact: This is where I met Dr. Cooper.) I am fortunate to have built my career there, learning every aspect of the administrative side. It’s more than just a job; it’s seeing firsthand how plastic surgery can truly change lives, whether it’s boosting someone’s confidence or helping them recover from a challenging situation.
My personal life is equally fulfilling, shared with my husband, Robert, our son, Wyatt, and our fur babies: French bulldogs, Cardi and Carlos, and a spirited fiest, Ruger. Family is at the heart of everything I do.
Our family’s connection to the majestic Teton Mountains began in 2013, and it was a life-altering experience. From the moment our plane departed, I knew the mountains had captured my heart. The desire for that crisp mountain air became a constant longing.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Signature family, and I look forward to contributing to the practice’s growth and success.

Samantha is the welcoming face of Signature Plastic Surgery, where her genuine warmth and Southern hospitality shine. Hailing from Atlanta and a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, her infectious energy has found a home in Jackson.
With a background influenced by her family’s involvement in aesthetics and plastic surgery, Samantha brings a unique perspective to her role. Her belief in the connection between inner confidence and outer beauty is evident in her interactions.
From scheduling appointments to greeting guests, Samantha’s passion for creating a positive environment is palpable. She embodies the essence of Signature Plastic Surgery – a place where beauty meets self-assurance.
Theodore
OFFICE MASCOT
At Signature Plastic Surgery, we’re not just about flawless transformations. Theodore is here to spread his joy and cheer and ensure every patient is greeted with a tail wag. He is an expert in naps, typically found sprawled out on his favorite chair, under his Mom’s desk, or in any sunbeam within a 10-foot radius. He also knows how to use his soft brown eyes to his advantage, ensuring he receives maximum treats and head rubs.
When he’s not napping, Theodore enjoys long walks, exploring his surroundings by sniffing everything in sight, and guarding the office from the mailman and the vacuum. He is our most beloved office mascot and has us all wrapped around his little paw.
